High school students 14-18 year-olds


Soft skill training

  • Basic Work Readiness (WR) (10 hours) covers essential soft skills including: workplace etiquette and culture; time management and communication; getting a job – resume, references, applications and cover letters, networking and interviewing; and money management.
  • Advanced WR  (10 hours) focuses on retention and advancement, customer service, building your personal brand, and advanced networking, money management and communication.

Career Awareness Nites

Career professionals share insights into their fields of expertise: technology, healthcare, construction, engineering, marketing and communications, environmental careers, and more.

Meet your job coach

All “graduates” are assigned a personal job coach who helps identify appropriate work experience opportunities and offers continued support for the first 90 days of that experience.
