  • CareSolace Hub for Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services

  • One Love provides "Relationship Roundups" (virtual learning sessions) for youth aged 14-22, currently available as virtual Netflix parties or facebook live sessions on Mondays and Thursdays.  Being cooped up with family members during this time of social distancing is hard.  Educate yourself on healthy and unhealthy relationships and what to do if you suspect you or someone you care about is in an unhealthy relationship.
  • Census 2020 began in March 2020 and will be the first to rely heavily on online responses.

  • Center Point DAAC  offers outpatient programs and services for adolescents with alcohol and drug problems

  • Elsie Allen High School Health Center (open to all Sonoma County students 12-18 years; confidential services include provision of birth control and Plan B): 707-528-5770

  • FamilyWize is a prescription assistance program

  • Sonoma County, Department of Health Services, Addiction Treatment Services has an extensive list of service providers in the Sonoma County area to assist with recovery from substance abuse and addiction.

  • TeenSource is an online hub for teen-friendly sexual and reproductive health information and resources

  • 2-1-1 Sonoma County - Information and referral source 24/7 connecting residents with non-emergency health, human, and disaster resources: 2-1-1.  ***Has up-to-date COVID-19 resources!***
